Beautful items; arrived in perfect condition but that was a miracle because these two small fragile glass ornaments were placed in a shoebox-size cardboard box with just a piece of brown paper stuffed in with them. They were rattling around when I received them but thank GOD were not broken. Lovely item; recommend the seller do a better job of packing in the future. Some bubble wrap, perhaps? Thank you.
Item arrived both late and damaged. It was not well packed which had added to the damage in my opinion. The seller was very responsive and issued at 50%plus refund on the damaged journal. I was able to get it to look somewhat as it had been described after I had painted the leather scratch damage. It arrived significantly undervalue which is why the seller issued the partial refund.
