The quality of this item was excellent due to the trash can was made excellent. The packaging on this item was sufficient enough to protect this item during transit. The item was listed as new and was received as described. The value of this item was well worth the money paid due to the rarity of this size trash can. The trash can did not have the handles like in the photo, I worked with the seller to see if I had been sent the wrong product but unfortunately they no longer make that can. They did attempt to help so I was appreciated with the communication as they did not know the manufacturer changed the product.
