Shipping was ahead of time, the packaging kept the ram safe and it's in my computer now working nominally. I would say everything was as described. I would do business with them again. :)

Item shipped, quick and fast. It was packaged in a box with bubble wrap. Can't complain, arrived in a timely manner of four days. Other that that, the item worked flawlessly.
