Who and what is included in, and excluded from, risk management, and why? And, what is the relationship between the rise of risk management and neoliberalism? Drawing on various political economy approaches, this volume addresses these questions by examining - both analytically and empirically - diverse meanings and practices of risk management across a range of scales and themes ranging from austerity to climate change to housing and debt. The authors investigate the relationship between shifts in contemporary capitalism and the ways in which neoliberal forms of risk management have emerged, been reproduced and normalized, and, transformed historically. 2. Received item as described and packaged well. Listing indicated shipping was free. Ordered on the 7th but by the 14th noticed it hadn’t been shipped yet. Seller responded quickly saying that during the purchase process that it said it would not be shipped until the 22nd because they use a fulfillment house. I don’t recall seeing anything about delayed shipping during the process or in the listing. While I appreciate the prompt response to my inquiry, other buyers should be aware of delays.

  3. THIS person is a fine eBay seller! • The item was ordered Feb 6, 2026 & received on Feb 17. • It was well packed, & arrived perfectly. • Shipping time: DECENT. • Item: New, as described. • I recommend this seller, & HOPE TO buy from them again. . [And I decry how eBay has taken to erase my descriptive Feedbacks each time, forcing me to save these words in Notes, and retrieve it for editing, for each successive detailed feedback submission. DO YOU SEE THIS, EBAY?!]
