I love it! Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. I truly appreciate how up-front the seller was with the pricing now that tariffs are being charged- an excellent deal! The auto-catcher was brand-new in a sealed box and it works perfectly. The instructions were only in Japanese- it did come from Japan after all- but I've used an auto-catcher in the past so it was very intuitive to set up. It is larger than I expected so the included cord is appreciated.
While the item went out of stock before it could be sent the seller quickly and very kindly informed me of it and even tried to buy another CD from the Kirby Cafe for me! When the item turned out to be out of stock at the cafe as well the seller refunded me in full and even sent me some photos of the Kirby Cafe! Seller was super kind and polite the whole time as well! These things are awesome!!! They match the photos and description perfectly and the price was decent for something you can't get anymore from the official PKC website.
