When I ordered this item, the expected delivery date was by Dec. 23. I contacted the seller when it didn't arrive. They had mailed it untracked, so I had no idea where it was. It was shipped from CA and had to come to me across the country. The seller responded quickly and said that an error had occurred, and my order had gotten lost. The item arrived on Dec. 29, which was disappointing as this was a gift. This item arrived in perfect condition, so the recipient was very happy with the gift!
