the seller was great at advertising, proving great pics of the shoes, great price, packaging was good, and shipping costs were standard. I accidentally purchased these and realized that size 9 fits me for this brand of shoe. I just wish the seller would of canceled my order right after i placed the order and requested it so dont have to go through process of sending the item back and incur another shipping fee. For casual walking this brand of shoe in 9.5 mens is good,not not for athletic use.
Arrived exactly as advertised. Seller was very patient with me, as due to miscommunication with UPS, I originally thought they had been delivered to a wrong location and was worried I was being scammed. EBay and UPS cleared up their error and my shoes were delivered earlier than expected. Very fair and professional.
