The package arrived and was very well padded inside the boxes. I appreciate the fact that the seller took such great care in packaging my item! The item was exactly as described and was in excellent condition. Shipping cost was a little more than I would usually pay, but the price of the item was very reasonable, and with the item cost and shipping, it was still less expensive than other places I looked.

The seller was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! The Post Office lost my package for over a month, then miraculously it somehow got returned to the seller. Working with them, the package was re-sent via a different carrier and I finally got it. It was packaged brilliantly for having been across the country and back a couple of times and I am very happy. Thank you!

Shipping is expensive but purchase price was fair. Packaging was was excellent! Double packed, box in box (5 stars). Each glass was wrapped in bubble wrap tucked away in its own protected box slot. Very impressed with shipping packaging! The size, color and weight is exactly what I was looking for!
