Great seller to do business with. Had a glitch with shipping but Mark answered my e-mail right away and jumped in to try and solve things. My vintage tube radio got to me just a tad later than expected; but arrived well packaged and in great shape. While he didn't have to; Mark even refunded the shipping costs for the radio, to which I was really impressed. Great E-Bay seller. Would recommend him to any buyer.
Overall good experience, item was sent in a yellow envelope with very little cardboard protection and the item received a noticeable dent on the corner during shipping, which of course isn't necessarily the seller's fault, but it could have been protected further. However, it was for a good price and it was shipped out promptly.
Very quick response, as described, great packaging and satisfied with the cost. Thank you. Shipping a little high but I have found that items on Ebay that use their free shipping labels don't show up - so OK with $4.63.
