  1. Dispatched on time, well wrapped. The seller refunded me due to a section of the purse that was damaged that was missed from the images (I nearly missed it too). Such a shame as was a nice purse and great value. On raising this issue the seller immediately offered the refund and said to keep the item, which was much appreciated. Wouldn’t put me off using them again due to excellent customer service.
