The seller is fine but the FedEx delivery was a mess. I watched the delivery driver drop the box from about four feet up and scurry back to his truck. The receiver still works but now the top of the face plate is cracked and the case looks like Bigfoot stepped on it. I've left two verbal complaints with FedEx and one digital but haven't heard from them with any resolution. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks. Before shipped and after pictures included.
