The little door on the front that conceals the av connections is missing. The player was tested and is in working condition. The DVD tray seems a little weak, but it does function. It has HDMI and component outputs and an SDTV tuner. It has wear and scratches from previous use. See pics for condition and measurements. PH1

Everything was perfect, from packaging to shipping time, except the seller sent me the wrong game. I had to go through the hassle of returning the game. But at least the seller was polite and very communative. The seller also refunded me so that was also very good as well.
