Arrived quickly and was safely packed. Unfortunately, I discovered that the power supply was faulty after installing it in our server. The sellear promptly issued a refund and didn't even make me ship the defectiver unit back. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution under the circumstances. Would do business with again.

Just as described, however would have liked it to be packaged in a box for a gift basket but that was not stated in the description so I got what I ordered.
