Although sellers communication and resolve to item damaged during shipping was superb . In my opinion greater care/attention to packing material in key areas would have provided a much better experience for both of us if item had arrived undamaged. Besides the damaged accrued during shipping, item would have been as described/pictured in ad.
Decent shipping and packaging. Item was as described and in great condition making it well worth it's value for price paid. I would use more care in packaging in the future just to prevent any possible damages to item but overall I am very satisfied and thank you for your professionalism and efforts
Purchased February 2nd. Not shipped after 10 days. I still haven’t received it. It was a birthday present. No response from seller after I inquired about the shipping. I bought the same album 4 days after this transaction and received it on time before her birthday. This seller is a zero.
