My deodorant came stuck in the tube with bubbles on it. I contacted the seller In hopes to figure out a resolution. They take several days to respond. They tried to make it seem like I was lying about the defects even though I sent pics. & they tried to make me feel like I wouldn’t get the help i needed , if I disputed. These people are completely unprofessional and it’s insanely unfair that they would sell someone a messed up product & then act like I’m not being truthful when there’s PICTURES
I cannot stress this enough. People need to start reading the feedback from other people. This is a third-party seller. He list items from Walmart Walgreens target up charges you and then waits till the very last minute to ship an item and then once you ask eBay to step in it takes another seven days to get anything. This is a third-party seller do not do business with this person at all.
Interesting the seller was actually Sam’s Club rather than name on listing. Product is fine. Surprised how short use by date was compared to previous product. Time between placing order and delivery was very slow even for international delivery - can’t tell from tracking where the problem was. Will buy again though
