  1. Item arrived in acceptable time and was well-protected. Communication was good. A bit disappointed with the package being partially opened and based on a torn paper seal between removable trimmer head and body of trimmer, it leaves open the question if this is actually a returned/used item. Also, it seems to be much louder than my previous trimmer (same model). Noise is present when the trimmer head is installed and is whisper quiet when the trimmer head is removed. Should be ok.
