I am not an operator and don’t have the knowledge to fully test myself. i did purchase from a local operator. i do a lot of business with them and they always have well cared for gear. not saying it won’t need adjustments but, it looks like a nice clean unit. sold as is. everything you see in the pictures is what is included in this lot. photos are the best description. please look at all pictures closely before purchasing. we will document any damage the best we can but the photos will always be the best way to exam the item. items may need a more in depth cleaning. we will do our best to clean every item, although sometimes we can’t do a full thorough clean. message us for additional photos or questions. we are a large store please allow up to 3 business days for your item to go out. we of course will get them out as fast as we can. if you ever have a concern, please message us before leaving negative feedback. we will help resolve whatever issue you are having. we try very hard to provide good communication and always strive for everyone to have a positive experiences!!
Packaging was superb!! As a buyer I really appreciate the extra care taken by the seller to ensure that the item is delivered undamaged. Not only is the item as described, it is better than the description photography indicated. The old transceiver manual has the correct product foldouts not entirely captured in the sellers ad pictures. Would absolutely buy from this excellent eBay seller again!!!! Thanks!!! The order was packed great, and shipped quickly, the item was just as described but sadly the item didn't work upon arrival. Seller offered to have the item fixed or I could part it out, but considering the price of the item, it wasn't work it. The item would have been of great value, it if had worked. Thank fully the seller worked with me to get the item back to them, and accepted my return. This is a grade AAA seller, they take care of their customers.
The candles were as advertised - new condition (amazing shape for their age). Unfortunately, one was damaged even though they were packed well. The vendor responded amazingly fast with an offer to refund me for the broken one. Very fair as far as I am concerned. Shipping was quick and I would say that it was a great value for shipping and the products. I would definitely do business with this vendor again. Great customer service!
