I have to say that the glass bottle of squid oil arrived broken in its packaging, leaking all over. Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. The company told me that EBAY is responsible for packaging, so I can't blame the merchant, who handled the transaction as best they could, so I give them a great rating.
the product was BETTER than described and was delivered sooner than promised. What was bad was EBAY promised a $5 discoiunt for anythng I pjurchased and it would be applied when I piurchased something,. They did not pay the $5. The good news is I would reorder the product and do it confidently from this vendor. I just woukd not trust EBAY on any cimmitments they make.
I’ve been using this company to order my Catalan for a long time. They always deliver my vitamins extremely fast and packaged so well! The reason for not choosing 5 stars is because of the vitamins themselves. They are thinner than they’ve ever been. You pay the same price but get less for your money.
