Fast and great service from the seller. The brush handle appears brand new. The only issue is that one of my genuine sonicare brand brush heads vibrates itself off of this handle for some reason. I had to discard that brush head. My old nearly identical handle had a collar around the base of the metal mounting post. This one does not.
We weren't exactly sure the correct model that would work with our existing chargers, and the seller was great working with us. Item works great, thanks!
