Arrived well packaged and included a brush head that I wasn't expecting. Item is exactly as described. I was a little irritated with this seller because they will let you make an offer - leading you to believe that they are negotiable. They really are not. I made an offer for $3.00 under asking on a $47. item and seller countered with 60 CENTS under. What was the point of that? Otherwise, a good transaction.
