I received the item in good time. It was new box condition. Got it at a great price. There was an error in the ad indicating that there was both large and small band in the box but there wasn't there was only a large. I contacted the seller they admitted that they're advertisement was an error and offered to refund an amount that would cover my buying a new small band. I was most pleased with their willingness to take responsibility to make it right very courteous and responsive
The item purchased works excellently. The price was fair. The communication and delivery times were not the best. Also, this item didn’t come when projected, it was not only late but I had to reach out to the seller to retrieve data on the shipment. Even after being labeled “shipped” there were no updates given nor any clarification on when it was actually supposed to arrive. Overall I am pleased it arrived and was in fact in the state it claimed to be. Thank you.
Item was not of the quality I expected, so I requested a refund. Seller offered to send a replacement, which was kind. I still opted for the refund. Overall the experience with the seller was good, and they were honest and had good communication.
