Item arrived in good condition as was described in listing. I was pleased that the item actually arrived sooner than eBay predicted. I recommend this seller and I would do business again with them should the occasion arise.
Didn't come with charger. It was a replacement so I didn't need it but the description could have been cleared. Didn't contact seller so I can't comment on customer service. Item was new and included a generic head.
Arrived today and worked out of the box, will get it charged up and go from there. Looks brand new as listed. Price was good. Shipping was a little slow but no big deal.
