I rated the shipping 4 stars instead of 5 because it was over a week late but the seller was very communicative with me when I inquired about the item being stalled which was not fault of theirs. USPS had been having widespread delays and I knew it to be true being that another seller I’d purchased from the same time as I purchased from this seller, was also delayed the same amount of time. Thank you for all your help and effort.
Item arrived within estimated timeframe & was well-packaged, arriving with no damage to the item. However, the item does appear to have been opened previously. Doesn't appear it's been used, but the tamper-proof sticker was not affixed thoroughly, and had been previously removed. That being said, I am not unhappy, but the description says the item is NEW and UNUSED, so the feedback is valid.
I purchased the Norelco trimmer as an open box item. The item was missing some attachments as received. When I attempted to return the item, the seller resolved the issue very quickly by offering a 50% refund of the purchase price for me to keep the item as-is. I agreed to keep the item.
