Binocular was described as NEW "display" no problems; however, it arrived in a box clearly marked with a sticker "Defective." Upon examining the binocular it was defective. The pin connection to the binocular was broke or missing completely. Seller slow in responding. Agreed to accept return and stated they would forward return label ASAP. This was not the case. After three messages and waiting approx 2 days I finally received the return label and a few days later I received a full refund.
Item was as described in the listing Item was packaged acceptably I think seller sold item at a fair price for condition Only complaint is shipping. Seller sent item within a day of ordering, but send item via UPS. It took a full week for item to be delivered to North East USA via UPS.
A great product at a Great price. Packaged extremely well and made the trip with no problems. Delivery a little slower than expected but this is not the sellers problem. Had to be more packages at the same time that backed up delivery. Highly recommended seller.
