The product looks like the picture displayed. Excellent condition and the priced right. Looks new. As described and packaged securely for shipping. The set up was not as user friendly for a person who is not tech savvy. No complaints, I am still in the discovery stage for using all the features. Testing how the Instant Ink app works is not known yet. You should be happy as I have always been satisfied with HP products. It's beautiful in my opinion.
Holy heck, at the price I paid I was expecting them to be a little beat up but the listing was spot on with the "New: Other" condition listing. The box was a little scuffed up but no more than usually happens in the mail and the contents were immaculate, clearly never opened or touched by human hands outside of the factory.
