The top plate on the plaque is marked Plank Owner, USS Porter DDG-78, Christened 15 Nov 1998, Commissioned 20 March 1999, CDR Kenneth V. Spiro Jr, Commanding Officer. The bottom two corners of the plaque look to have a challenge coin for the USS Porter as well. The wood plaque measures 9" x 7". It has a few minor scratches and dings.
