  1. I received the wrong CD from this seller and made them aware of the matter. They have quickly apologized for their mistake and have issued a credit meaning I won t be charged for the CD. Obviously, mistakes can happen, but this company made things right immediately with my best interest in mind. I retract my earlier comments about this seller and would highly recommend them in the future. In this day and age when good customer service is becoming a lost art, Music Surplus did the right thing.

  2. The seller was fantastic to work with and even exceeded anything that I asked for. My CD arrived very quickly, and it was a fantastic value and just as described. My CD was damaged in shipment and I let the seller know. I did not ask for a refund however the seller refunded the full cost of the item. I will definitely buy from the seller again and every once in a while, someone completely surprises you. The damage that occurred during shipment was not their fault at all. Thank you, Chrissy

The price was right, as they say, and the the accompanying booklet and tray card, as well as the CD, were like new. Good quality, for sure, just as the seller described on his site.
