Nonostante il ciondolo dovesse arrivare 12 giorni fa, devo dire che il venditore si e' sempre reso disponibile per soddisfare ogni mio dubbio e prestarmi assistenza. Il problema legato al ritardo obbiettivamente non era dipeso da lui ma bensi nel mal funzionamento delle poste tedesche/italiane. Il ciondolo e' davvero bello e il suo arrivo e' valso l'attesa.
