Umbreon Eevee Gem Pack Chinese card (CBB2C-06 15/15) arrived with some minor condition issues, possibly from shipping despite good packaging. However, this seller immediately made things right by offering a $15 partial refund to account for the difference. So quality And value were great!. 5 star transaction. *US BUYERS* It'll say Package out for delivery. This could still take an extra day or so before actual delivery. Don't panic.
