I ordered both the Alastor and Vox cafe standees, and they came in perfect condition! ✨️ No damage at all! I made a mistake and accidentally entered my old address when placing the order. I reached out to the seller, and they responded almost instantly. They were super helpful and helped me fix the issue! They look soooo good! Needless to say, I love the standees and now have a new favorite seller to add to my list!
Seller was very fast in shipping. When I received my order, the Gigi acrylic was broken during transit. I did reach out to the seller informing them that it broke during transit. The seller responded back very quickly and sent me a replacement very quickly as well. The replacement one came in with no issue. Very good seller and would order again.
The item arrived much quicker than expected and was in excellent condition. While expensive, this was the only way I was going to get this merch as no one was reselling while I was in Japan. The item was in exactly as advertised, unopened, in excellent shape, and well-packaged.
