Purchased an item from the seller before Christmas and they shipped it very quickly. Since then it has been a mess with USPS who finally confirmed they lost the item. Even though I did not get it the seller stayed in communication me the whole time and issued me a full refund. Transactions don't always go as planned so when there is a problem it's great to have sellers like this who act quickly to resolve it.

The package got lost in the mail for 2 months. Not his fault at all, I got the refund but the card ended up showing up and he was very chill about it. This is a great seller to buy from. His communication is good, he responds back very fast.
