10 days never shipped. Had to get a refund through eBay. I bought this along with another Rolls Royce which was sold out. Even though seller said they would refund, I had to get eBay involved days later to get my money back. I've dealt with this seller more than once and they are so bad I asked that they block me so I don't inadvertently purchase something from them. AWFUL!!
After contacting the seller and explained the condition of the package to the seller he calmly and politely asked what could he do to resolve the issue with the item.
