The whole experiences was shipping related. The Volvo-Penta lower clutch cable was OEM, as expected and installed with usual complications. Shipping was the problem with order from vendor. It did not ship (Standard) during published 5 day arrival period. Ebay would not take action until arrival period expired. After arrival expire contact with vendor was made and action was taken to ship next day air via FedEX, with detailed tracking and was successful
This cover was very clearly listed as used/open box and that it had some minor scuffs so I knew what I was getting wouldn’t be prefect. It arrived quickly but upon putting it on my boat found a decent size tear in the material which was not as descrided anywhere in the listing. I contacted the seller and we were able to come to an agreeable solution which was appreciated. Despite the issue I would recommend buying from them.
Item as-described and I repeatedly purchase from this seller. I was however, surprised that the shipping/tracking information was not current and while it showed that it shipped, tracking appeared to show item was not actually in transit. It did indeed show up on time as-expected. This is clearly not due to any fault of the seller, so if you have ordered something and the status does not update, don't worry.
