I made a purchase with this vendor and for no fault against them realized that I didn't want the item. Using eBay's point-of-sale (POS) functionality, I was able to message the vendor explaining my error in purchasing and respectfully asking them to refund/credit my account. The eBay prompt explained that the merchant would notify me within 24 hours (or less) if they were able to preempt the sale. In this case they were able and honored my request.

This item has been discontinued for so many years, I can’t even remember when. I’ve been looking for this identical one to replace the one I broke the zipper on at least 10 years ago. Very happy to find; super fast shipping; good packaging and new with tags—exactly as described; I wonder where it was hiding; completely satisfied.

Didn't fit. Seller had great communication. Easy peasy when it super simple. A great ebayer is one who works on an issue and gets it resolved right away. I'd buy from this person anytime. I'm a 23 year ebayer with a 100% rating giving this.
