Huge box left outside-Didn’t ring doorbell/knock on door. Box severely damaged-To heavy for 1 person to move-Was retaped as stated in tracking update. Missing parts Delivered with wrong parts-No directions, 1 paper insufficient drawings. Packaged with no protection materials. All pcs factory stuffed into inner bottom chair by electric motor-Arm rests compressed in airtight plastic causing permanent rinkels-Paid $68 for non refundable 5 year Allstate warranty. Nightmare. Had a minor hick-up with shipping but it's finally here. Item is exactly what's pictured. It is in its own plastic container. so brand new. Nice thick brush, Tarte usually has excellent brushes. I contacted the seller about shipping and received a response very quickly.
Bought this brush on 11/2 & received it today, 11/14. Can’t complain about the brush as it is just as described & was a good deal $$ wise.
