Product description was not great, the item title and pictures were misleading. The item I received was the mask only. Had I read the full item description I would have noticed that it was indicated though. I spoke w the seller and they offered me a full refund. Although I did not receive what I was looking for, I expressed my concerns and feel that the seller was very reasonable. They assured me they would update their listing and did not require me to ship the item back to them.
Really nice pill case!! Seller shipped, at no charge, from SPRINGFIELD GARDENS, NY to me in Essex, CT immediately on 10/23, but USPS sent it on a "short cut" to Indiana and then PA and then back to MA and finally delivered it today, 11/6, via Ground Advantage?? Figure 15 days to travel a 108 mile, 2 hour distance from seller to me?? Have to laugh....... NO FAULT OF SELLER.
