Our previous 26lb ice machine was twice as big so we were surprised to see how tiny this one is. It makes ice incredibly fast, though it’s louder than our old one but not too bad.
not very good directions come with it, the hopper doesn't fit too much ice, only enough for about 2-16 oz drinks and it takes about half hour to make that much. overall, I'm happy with it, it fits my needs. good price and came in perfect condition
