This gorgeous TOP is a blouse style and is lined down to the elasticated waist. It has short, flutter sleeves and a v-neckline that fastens with a snap. It has a tie on the left side and a peplum ruffle over the hips. It is red, with a white, black, silver and grey floral print and fastens with a button at the back of the neck.
