Shipping felt like it took longer than expected, however, when I messaged them regarding my concerns about the item not shipping they responded very fast and told me they were having some shipping issues. Less than a week later, the item shipped. The card was packaged in a box with stuffing to keep it safe and the card was exactly as described. The card was kind of expensive but there was no other card graded at a 10 (pop 1) so I felt the price was fair enough. Will buy from them again.
Seller mismanaged the shipping of the slab. At the end it got lost or went to the wrong person. It took almost a month to find this out but they were very professional about it. The card went up >50% in value in a 1 month I was waiting for it, but they were still ok either sending me another one or refunding me the original amount. They very quickly shipped the other one, which I received in less than a week
