Growing up in western Pennsylvania, her artist parents were enormous influences, and she admires the work of Mary Cassatt, john singer Sargent, and Rene Gruau. Anne received her associate & Iacutes degree in fashion illustration from the fashion institute of technology in new York city. Her style of illustration varies greatly from editorial fashion to folk art. She works in a variety of media, including acrylics, pen and ink, colored pencil, and watercolors. In her free time Anne enjoys decorating, gardening, and spending time with her husband, a graphic designer, and teenage sons. Anne makes her home in a suburb of Pittsburgh, pa.
