Positive experience. The mark of a good seller is how they respond when something unexpected arises, as did in this case. The response was fast, professional, and the resolution fair that I believe satisfied us both. As far as the computer, it passed all benchmark tests I ran on it with flying colors. I would buy from this seller again. And may, actually, as this unit was for an elderly lady I know who asked me to help her buy a computer. I will surely look at what this seller has to offer.
The tower was in great condition. Arrived bubble-wrapped in the thickest bubble wrap ever. Aside from some small scuffs and scratches, you can hardly tell it's been refurbished. The tower came with the necessary cords and a wifi-usb to plug in. Got everything plugged in correctly, and it's working like a charm. So far, no issues with set-up, but it does come with a paper in case you run in to any issues. I bought the 1tb SSD, and so far it's been worth the money.
Working great after fixing problem with some anti virus incompatibility with Webroot. Had to Uninstall Webroot. Audio output did not work with by manual audio switcher. Had to plug audio sound system directly to computer audio port and is working fine. Noticeably faster display of web pages. Other apps working faster too compared to my Windows 8.1 system.
