When I received the lot initially, a few of the hard drives were the wrong capacity — 320GB. I wasn’t entirely thrilled with the response time, but I reached out to the seller and they made it right by sending out new drives and allowing me to hang on to the 320GB drives. When all is said and done, they rectified an issue that they could have left me out of luck with. Happy with my purchase and their service!
