The item was a great find. The business owners however are the salt of this earth; lovely people to deal with. Answered lots of questions, sent additional photographs, assisted me with parcel delivery concerns. Honestly it's rare to deal with such fantastic people. I 100% recommend this company because of the people running the business and also because the unusual pieces they have for sale are difficult to source. Will I be back? Yes I'll be looking for further items that appeal me.
I can honestly tell you that whatever you order from these folks and no matter who is the carrier, you have close to 100% certainty of damage-free delivery. The piece I purchased is very heavy and can be brittle (lucite). He wrapped it in plexiglass, pillows, other cushions, bubble wrap and more. The piece and I can’t say enough good things.
This seller was wonderful. Received this beautiful Japanese vase with no problems. Asked to wrap and package very well and the seller did an excellent job.
