I never received my ordered item even though tracking indicated it was delivered. I contacted the Seller who then diligently investigated and confirmed that it was due to a delivery mishap. (I realize mistakes can happen) He promptly initiated another order and I very quickly received it. And it was well packaged and exactly what I ordered.
Prompt. as described. I was disappointed that it arrived in Amazon packaging, since I try to avoid Amazon purchases. Would have liked to have been informed beforehand that this was an Amazon vendor.
Product arrived within predicted delivery window. Disappointed that I ordered through eBay and order was packaged and delivered by Amazon. Will just use Amazon next time for a lower price.
