The moon stick is repurposed from a keychain but I will include it as well. All parts and decorations are included, the instructions aren't pictured but will be included as well. I did play with this a bit so there is some minor wear but definitely nothing unsightly. The inside plastic blister is missing so all parts have been individually bagged and bubble wrapped inside, please see pics!
