  2. The hat was brand new and official, arrived in time, paid for express shipping too. I ordered during the holiday season and really appreciate the seller was so fast with shipping the item. The one problem I ran into was that they didn't read my messages. I accidentally put the wrong house number in my address and contacted them immediately but they never responded. It turned out fine because I sent it to my neighbor but my advice would be to check the messages more often.

  3. Item is brand new in excellent condition. It was a good price. The shipping was quite delayed. I sent the seller a message about two weeks after I paid asking when it would be mailed, but I did not recieve a response - but I did get notification that it was shipped a few days later.
