Lost front sprocket in shipping .. rear sprocket came through perfect.. package was torn open when it arrived.. messaged and took a full day to receive a response , was asked to show reciept for new sprocket purchased due to lost one in mail and was instantly refunded for price of replacement.... Would recommend maybe better packages for sharp items and responding quicker would be nice .. I would have put a neutral feedback for the issues but don't want to wait 7 days
