The item was exactly as described. The shipping label was created quickly, but took 10 days for the item to be scanned at the USPS facility. When I asked the vendor they said they'd been having this issue with the facility. When it arrived it was broken, but they were quick to respond and ship a new one to me free of charge and I didn't need to return the broken one. Overall it was a positive experience.
Item came in excellent new condition and as described. Excellent quality. Detailed appearance of dog walking shack with dog food and water and signs. Packaging with packing paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about box or no box was excellent.
