  1. The book that was shown was not the book that I received. Nonetheless, when I informed the seller that it wasn't the item they advertised-/they were more than willing to make it right. Since they didn't have another copy of the title I was expecting, they promptly issued an apology; and refund full refund.   2. My book arrived in good condition. Packaging was a rigid cardboard mailer, and it protected my book well. It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time, but I was still prompted to reach out to inquire further about it. Seller communication was very good, answering me within 24-hours. I was told shipping can take 9-15 days to happen... it arrived within 10 days after purchase. I would purchase from this seller again. Two thumbs up!

  3. Overall this was a positive transaction. The book was exactly as expected. Packaging was minimal, but the item didn’t have any significant damage; just a few scuff marks. Tracking information was not provided, and because the item came from the UK it took some time to get here. That said, it was in the date window provided. I would consider ordering again.
