My model arrived quickly. He was packaged very well. But when I opened him it was the wrong model. I let the seller know and they immediately sent the correct one. I offered to send the wrong one back but they said I could keep it. The correct model was also wrapped just as good. Great communication with the seller. I am very happy with my model, he is just as described! I would purchase from this seller again! Very quick shipping! A+ In the pictures the one I ordered is on the left.
As described, shipped quickly, and arrived unbroken, but the packaging materials had me a bit concerned — mostly paper wads, and the china foal itself was wrapped once around in bubble wrap (the large-bubble kind). Nevertheless it arrived safely! Sturdy box.
Beautiful HR DW Terrier Figurine! Well-packaged and shipped promptly. However, box was lightweight and too small to prevent damage. Excellent communication and quick response. Seller was wonderful to deal with. Would buy from this seller again.
